At Erotica Victoria, we do our best to provide you with high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, specific rules apply regarding returns and the right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

According to European and Dutch consumer legislation, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving any reason.

However, due to hygiene and health protection, a legal exception applies to certain products.

Exception for Hygiene Products

Our products, including but not limited to:

lingerie

hosiery

erotic toys

other intimate products

fall under products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken (Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code).

This means that:

these products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, or

when the product can no longer be sold as new for hygiene reasons.

If the product is unopened, unworn and in its original sealed packaging, it may in certain cases still be returned within the legal withdrawal period.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

Have you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product? Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as:

replacement of the product

a refund

another appropriate solution

Important Conditions

Returns must always be reported in advance via email.

Products must be unused, undamaged and, where applicable, sealed.

Products that can no longer be sold due to hygiene reasons will not be accepted for return.
